Started!!!

So I finally started the Sensa after receiving it in the mail from GNC.  I weighed in at 224.6 lbs.  I have been using it since Thursday which has been 4 days.  I weighed this morning at 224.4 lbs. So far maintaining my weight. I will keep you all updated on what happens week by week. Wish me luck!!
